General and Comparative Literature

The general and comparative literature collection provides materials in the areas of literary theory and criticism, comparative studies, classical reception studies, and translation studies.

We collect studies of all literary genres and historical periods, published in English and other languages of interest, and strive to acquire interdisciplinary works that combine literature with other cultural studies, such as cinema, and social sciences.
