Instruction Rooms and Labs

If you’re coming to the library for a class or workshop, you might be meeting in one of these spaces. Sessions are also held in our other Creation and Learning Spaces, the Glenn Watkins Seminar Room, and spaces in the Taubman Health Sciences Library.

The Mac and PC Labs on floor 2 of Shapiro may be reserved for instructional purposes through the Campus Computing Sites Reservation System. All other rooms listed can only be booked by library employees.

Reserved for classes and workshops. Tables with attached screens can help with team-based learning for small to large groups.

This lab is partially enclosed on a floor near open study space. It is used for instructional purposes and is equipped with 30 Mac computers and a projector for displaying presentations. It is also available for open use by students, faculty, and staff.

Multipurpose room reserved for presentations, classes and workshops. Located on the south end of the Hatcher Gallery.
