The Shapiro Gallery is a multipurpose space available to support short-term exhibits and student engagement initiatives. With room for 20-25, we invite student organizations and campus partners to hold student-focused workshops or events.
The room also features exhibit walls to show the work of your student-focused project, classwork or initiative. Screen projection and portable audiovisual technology are available on request.

Reach out to us at libraryoperationsoutreach@umich.edu to propose your unique collaboration idea. Note we are not currently accepting proposals for exhibits in the Shapiro Gallery.
Keep in mind it can take some time to make ideas happen. Please contact us at least 3 weeks in advance.
