Student Mini Grants
Working on an innovative and collaborative project that has a real-world impact on global scholarship, community support, or diversity and inclusion?
We can provide customized consultations and up to $1,000 to support your work.
Eligibility
All University of Michigan–Ann Arbor undergraduate and graduate students in good standing are eligible. Individuals, teams, or registered student organizations can apply, with one member serving as the primary contact.
Students and organizations who have previously received grants can apply again, but it will be important to be able to describe what is different about your project, what new goals there are, and how the library can help in new ways.
Projects must enhance global scholarship, support community partnerships, or advocate for diversity and inclusion. This component of the project is heavily weighted, so make sure you articulate this using specific language in your application.
What the grant covers
