Deep Dive into Digital and Data Methods for Chinese Studies

The Deep Dive into Digital and Data Methods for Chinese Studies series includes lectures and workshops on topics such as data-driven methods for researching Chinese local history, digital approaches to local gazetteers, data mining the Daoist and Buddhist canons, mixed-methods for researching gender issues, and social media data.

The series has been paused and we expect it to return in winter 2025.

Deep Dive events are co-sponsored by the Lieberthal-Rogel Center for Chinese Studies and planned in collaboration by Mary Gallagher and Liangyu Fu.
